Further on my fat TE -- I have owned it since new (1970 -- yes, the only
Leica lens I ever purchased in the box) and am quite satisfied with its
performance. I have not been bothered with flare, for whatever reason, and
the sharpness is quite up to Leica standards as I know them to be (in other
words within my little frame of reference). Wicked sharp. It nicely
complements the 50, I think, as a portrait lens, and I can fill a frame with
a face, and is compact enough to use as if it were a 50.

It is the only 90 I own and the only 90 I've used or feel the need of
owning.

Bill
