Subject: [Leica] Memory card recovery (WAS Panasonic LX1connection...Help!)

I used a card reader with a 2GB CF and it froze.  I sent it back to Lexar 
and about six weeks later, they sent a DVD with all of my images plus 
repaired the card.  I never had problems when reading only from the camera. 
This incident has me reluctant to use the reader again.
