Jim,

Mine is a Super-Multi-Coated Takumar 200mm f/4 which has six blades.  I 
purchased it used, so I have no idea of its place in the Takumar lineup.  I 
used it to reach out to some airplanes that were behind the ropes at a local 
airshow, because they were taking part in the flying display, and it 
delivered sharp images.  I have not used it a lot, but it seems to be a 
better short tele than the 135mm I previously used.
