Subject: [Leica] dumb M-8 question.............

Actually, wouldn't be a dumb Q in the US where public bodies/ entities, even
Universities, protect their name/ logo due to threat of revenue (money)
loss. Awhile back My Alma Mater (Univ. of TX) threatened to sue the City of
Fort Worth (both public entities/ bodies) over the latter's new Longhorn
steerhead logo--that copied their's.

No need for US lawyers. They have their own specialist for
such delicate affairs: Bond. James Bond.
