Tom Abrahamsson had one and did a write up. We played with it for a 
while, and I have a number of photos with a noticeably shallow depth 
of field.

Unfortunately, as it was designed not only for a specific 
magnification but also for a specific wavelength, it's pretty useless 
(and soft) for general photography if you could mount it on a camera.
