Brian, I've been and the new version works very well indeed. It brought up
my own album as the first visible. Very clever. Loading is very fast and the
interface friendlier. My album and sub-albums moved very quickly to the new
album.
It's a great improvement all together, I think. Thanks very much. A great
job

Cheers
Hoppy

The newer better faster prettier version of the Leica Users' Gallery is up
and running at http://gallery2.leica-users.org/

I have, I think, copied over all of the logins and all of the albums and all
of the photographs from the old server.

The first time that you log in to the new server it will create an album
associated with that login. Once those albums exist, it would be a good
thing to move all of your existing albums into that new one, so that you can
find them more easily and other people can, too.

I'll work on writing something up about the new Leica Users' Gallery later.
It's much more self-explanatory than the old one.
