I have to admit that I don't "get" his work. A few selected
images, perhaps.

Someday I'll get it.

I recall an interesting comment in some essay or commentary on his
work. To paraphrase, the writer said to take a camera and go and try
to reproduce Eggleston's compositions. This exercise would supposedly
shed some light on what Eggleston was doing. FWIW.
