All IMO of course.

But seriously, if the budget is so tight that you must consider these 
ancient lenses, then I think you are better off buying one the fine 35mm 
Cosina/Voigtlander lenses. They are very good, reasonably prices, and 
much better than either of the two lenses you mention.
