Don't feel too bad John.

Back in the 20th century, when Leica  announced the 35 & 50 mm lenses in 
screw mount - 1999, IIRC - I  tried to get together a group buy on a 90 mm 
screw mount Elmarit M. I think I only got 10 or so responses.
