My new Summilux 35 asph is faster than 1.4. At the f1.4 click position, where the blades are still visible through the front, I can open the aperture blades slightly more until they disappear. I made two testshots, f1.4 resulted in a 1/223 speed, while the more opened aperture needed a 1/239 speed only. Roughly calculated this makes a f=1.372 lens!
