You don't expect leica becoming cheap? :-)... The Summilux-D will certainly 
cost more than a Sigma or an Oly but less than a Summilux-M - and I know 
what I talk about have just received one this morning ;-)  
Note it's the first exchangeable Leica autofocus prime lens ever (if I'm not 
wrong). I wonder if it's factored in Solms or in the Panasonic third parties 
plants in Japan. Probably the second.
