Subject: [Leica] real world Lightroom experience: Query

I've noticed favorable comments recently about Lightzone and Lightroom,
which as I understand it are two different programs.

I am leaning toward trying the latest (and I understand last) beta of
Adobe Lightroom, but I am curious: I've been getting up to speed with
Adobe Photoshop over the last few years, up to and including Photoshop
CS2. I'm not ready to teach a course by any means, but I can maneuver
myself and my images around in it fairly well.

I am (by age and by inclination) nervous about having to learn something
as complicated as Photoshop all over again in a new program such as
Lightroom.

How steep is the learning curve?

Thanks,

--Bob
