Hi Didier,

It was mean :-) I walked about an hour after that shot, then sat in a
churchyard to eat my lunch for about forty five minutes then resumed my
walk. It came up very black so I switched to colour and halfway across a
very large field the wind suddenly picked up and the sky let me have it. I
carry a poncho that normally takes a few seconds to give me complete cover
but the wind was of sufficient force to make me think I was in danger of
some involuntary paragliding. By the time I was in the poncho properly (I
spent a good minute trying to locate the head hole while about half way in)
I was soaked.

I hope your walks are less eventful and that they have the desired effect to
improve your health. Good walking.
