There is no way of knowing that you do not buy a PS CS2 kit with an  
already registered serial number. The risk of that being the case is  
very great, though.
Whch leaves you a nice box with some shiny CD-Roms, and a version  
that you'd use illegaly.
Adobe is very strict on its pricing policy, so anything lower than  
that stinks.
It's a easy as that.
