Subject: [Leica] Lens clean - where/who is the best?

I sent my two lenses to one of the famous New York Leica repair experts for 
optical clean, unfortunately, one of them leave dirty marks and the other 
was not cleaned at all, the light fogging still there, both lenses look 
clean if you look at them without flash light.

Where is the best place to send for lens clear? NJ Leica? or Leica Germany?
