I'm looking for a vertical in there somewhere to stop me tilting my head to look at it! For me, it is compelling as I went back and picked up my tripod to take the image. I believe what attracts me is the out of kilter part of the image. The fence is not level, the tree sits in the way with a dark and irregular trunk.
