That's not a kitty but Daniel's breakfast sandwich fill. Here, we call that 
a "roof-rabbit". Not that tasty but better than nothing... ;-)

btw: eating Gruy?re, Roquefort and Epoisses cheeses for breakfast belongs to 
my habits. Must be typical european?
