Subject: [Leica] M8 and magenta ongoings

Can I just ask a stupid question and get on with my non-M8 life?

Why did this problem not occur months ago when people were out test driving 
the M8? Seems like this has just happened over the past 2 weeks. Did an 
irate Canon rep commit sabotage?
