In one case I sold a computer disk which the buyer paid for immediately thru Paypal....I put the disk in the mail that day....first class. The next day I get an e mail from the guy asking *expletive* was his disk? I told him I sent it out first class within hours of his purchase and to wait a few days...Another e mail the next day....further expletives and the threat for negative feedback... He got the disk in 4 days and gave me a neutral rating. Another case was when I sold a copy of MS Solitaire to a woman for less than $5.... She e mailed me saying she was very upset!!! Why? I asked Well...she huffed....."Chuck is playing" "Chuck?" I asked "Yes...and he cheats! Apparently Chuck is one of the other players programmed into the game??
