Subject: [Leica] Japanese Eyepiece .85 and 1.25 Modifiers

I se these for sale at that auction place.  Has anyone tried them and have 
an opinion on their merit or lack thereof?

Does it really make it easier to see the 28 lines wearing eyeglasses on a 
.72 camera with the .85 modifier?
