Sounds like a memory problem.  Either your computer doesn't have enough
memory, or the program that is doing the work is not allocating the memory
properly.  Not sure if more RAM will fix the problem or just make it take
longer to show up.

I in the midst of a massive product shoot of paper products..
If you ever want to go nuts, shoot paper and stationery for 4 hours in a
row.

I am using my DMR and I tried going tethered to my computer with Flexcolor
software.
I am using a 14' firewire cable.

It works but just for 20 pictures or so.
Then the computer 'drop a frame'
IE, After exposure, the computer shows me the PREVIOUS picture taken, not
the current. And so on.
Then after awhile the DMR freezes.

I've gone back to shooting into SD memory card (works just fine).

Anyone had this prob before? I think it might be the 14' long firewire
cable.
