You need a silver recovery machine in the US, otherwise your fines may be 
hefty if you're caught without one. Right, there's not a
dumping down the toilet option for most of these chemicals. The big problem 
with the chemicals for these machines was disposing of
the containers. Many chemical containers were showing up in Africa being 
used as drinking storage. We had to cut out the bottom of
the containers before disposal.
