I think I used the phrase Old Farts early in this thread, but Suite: Judy
Blue Eyes from CS&N at Woodstock is one of my all time favs, and the bass
line
in "The Chain" captivates me every time I hear it.

Listen to the wind blow
Watch the sun rise
Run in the shadows
Damn your love, damn your lies

And if you don't love me now

You will never love me again

I can still hear you saying

You would never break the chain

Listen to the wind blow

Down comes the night

Run in the shadows

Damn your love, damn your lies
Break the silence

Damn the dark, damn the light

Chain, keep us together

Run in the shadows

Sonny
