Very nice images. I lived on Anglesley for several years, next to the  
Menai Strait, about halfway between Menai Bridge and  
Llanfairpwllgwyngllgogerychwyrndrobwillandtsiliogogogoch (Llanfair  
PG). We used to take visitors to climb Mt. Snowdon, visible in the  
background in your Snowdonia picture. If it wasn't raining heavily,  
the weather is as good as it gets in the winter.

The drive time from Snowdonia to Manchester is about 2.5 hours on M5.
