Hi Chris

I tend to use the filter that fits the look I'm chasing. So Yes, I've used
the HP5 quite a bit - less contrast than Tri-X with lower grain.

The colour profiles can be interesting too - though some of them are pretty
odd (like the original film I guess) but I could imagine them being used by
a graphic designer to get a 'vintage' look.

The plug-in allows you to set up your own presets, with different grain
levels in the highlights, mid-tones and shadows for example.
