Everywhere there are surveillance cameras, but we want to ban  
photography... ?

sense ??

I thank that encouraging people to take photos publicly would  
actually decrease terrorism...

But, am I wrong ?

Maybe the ongoing problems in Baghdad stem from uncontrolled  
photography... ?
