Subject: [Leica] Sticking Frames...Repair: via Dealer or Independent?

I bought an M5 from them in December. It had a faulty battery chamber (I'm
told that's not uncommon on the 5). They fixed it and as I was changing out
a mercury for a modern cell (discovered that it had been modified by the
original owner), it twisted again. I called them up and they said, "No
problem, ship it to us and we'll put it at the front of the list".
