Ira, I do think that both of your crops have made stronger pictures. I'm

I receive the LUG e-mails in journal format, so it's a bit awkward to  
respond at times.  Thank you Hoppy, Jim, Jayanand  and George for  looking 
and for 
your comments and critiques. 
 
Regarding my week 7 PAW, both Hoppy and George questioned the tree on the  
left cutting through the building in the distance.  At the time, I tried  
different angles, but was not as satisfied with the results, largely because 
of  the 
angle of the bench and the direction of the afternoon sunlight.  Here  again 
is the original picture.

By cropping through the tree, I lost the effect of the "split" building,

Here is the cropped version.  The results, IMHO are dramatic, and  thank
