Just put them in your colorsync folder. Either the system-level  
folder (/Library/ColorSync/Profiles) or in the Library folder in your  
login directory (/Users/<yourlogin>/Library/ColorSync/Profiles). Then  
you can just select one in the CaptureOne "Color Management"  
preferences.
