Robert old buddy yer right.........   that is when the "motion blur is 
effective!"

Sorry mate, in this case it has a look of error rather than the full motion 
of a laughing woman.

I suppose it's one of those photographs that could be discussed for months 
on end with a multitude of responses and never the twain would meet.
