Subject: [Leica] PAW 8 - early Friday Flower - and botanical help needed

Well Peter,
I've been through all the gardening books and catalogues I have, and 
dozens of sources for daffodils, jonquils and narcissi and there's 
nothing like it as far as I can see.
To be quite honest I could swear it was a (parrot?) tulip of some kind - 
even the leaves don't look narrow enough for a daff.
Nice picture though.
