Hi Bill,

These are great - and speak of a time long gone.  If you went (or have gone) 
to Bushland lately, you'd find a white collar "white flight" upscale 
community.  Homes on acre lots going all the way south to Hollywood Road - 
which is also now populated with homes all the way back to Amarillo. 
Corporate types wanting their kids raised outside the Amarillo city school 
system (don't blame them there).  The growth on the west side is so massive 
that they've had to move the Cadillac Ranch further west to keep it out in 
the countryside (of course your pictures predate Marsh's idiosyncrasies), 
but now it's being surrounded by suburbia on all sides.

There are still places which resemble your photos, but you have caught a 
piece of history in these that will never be regained.  Wonderful shots!
