I find the Nocti and M8 to be the best combo I have ever used. Here is
one of the early photo's I took with the combo ( I only have the 58mm
cutoff filter so this is the only lens I am carrying with it). In the
original, you can read the details of the letters sitting there. This
photo works much better cropped. Now I am worrying that I am going to
pay attention to the naysayers and begin to over think this stuff.
