Mark -  I have the 200 LowePro Sling.  It holds my Canon 5D or 1DMII 
with a lens on it and two extra lenses (not long ones, though).  Your 
M will be lost in there.  It's a very handy case but you do have to 
put the strap over your head which can be awkward sometimes.  Once 
you've got it on, it's fine.  I can't imagine why the 100 costs more 
than the 200.
