I think that it would be a good idea to keep some sort of tally of which
lenses have issues with the M8. This is not to knock the M8, but rather to
inform M8 owners which lenses to avoid using(and avoid purchasing too). When
I bought the M8, my 35/1.2 Nokton was going to be my lens of choice because
of its speed as well as its focal length. Now I know that it will have to be
modified first.

Leica lists some lenses that are problematic (all are Leica lenses). Is
there a more comprehensive list anywhere?
