You must have kicked it in the right spot, Brian. The smaller and full size 
version just loaded in a second or so, here in Aus.

Gene, you don't need your uploaded photo to be such high resolution for on 
screen display. Try making a copy and re-sampling to
about 700 to 1000 pixels for one side for a version to upload. Keep your 
original of course..

I'm sitting 10 feet away from the gallery.leica-users.org server and it's 
loading very slowly for me. Something is definitely wrong.
I'll go poke around.
