I suppose I should email tech support and hope they give me a reasonable
answer. I'm glad I didn't liquidate my film cameras.

It is an ongoing frustration with my M8. I've found that by running
through an indeterminate number or switching on and off to continuous
and back to single, going through set ASA, set white balance and
other voodoo moves I can bring it back to working for a session.
Obviously it will have to go back soon. Yet, I can hardly imagine
being without for another "indeterminate" amount of time.
