I'm sorry I misread the  12mm for a 15.  It depends on how far the back
element protrudes.  Stephen Gandy might answer that.  I know you couldn't
use a first issue 28mm elmarit, but later ones worked.  You can get some
idea here:

You can get an idea, by putting a LTM>M adapter on the camera and cock the
shutter.  The meter flag will drop and you can figure it out yourself.
