Correct. My time in the military was spent with the Naval Security Group (aka NSA). The one time pad is THE most secure. Virtually any other password can now be hacked, since last generation supercomputers are now available as desktops. The really secure method, as Larry points out, is to change passwords regularly, and NOT on an identifiable schedule, but randomly. Or, you could do what I've started doing....avoid eBay altogether! :-) Generally, some shopping around, buying from list members, etc., yields buys that are just as good as anything on eBay.
