Jeffery, when I was getting the run around on my DMR I started copying Roger
Horn (Roger.Horn@leicacamerausa.com I think) in on my emails. That seemed
to help.

I have made an inquiry to Leica about what I should do about my "shutter
fault" M8. They ignored my inquiry. What is the appropriate procedure for
sending it back to them for either a repair or a replacement? Leica is very
quickly earning my contempt. Don't mean to be a curmudgeon, but if I won't
have this camera paid for until May of 2008, I think that it should work
longer than 2 weeks. :-( Does anyone know of someone I can contact who will
actually respond?
