There was a retired dentists providing medical care on a catch as catch can basis but not much more. As far a showing off? I had a camera and this mother saw me shooting. She simply held up one of her children and I made the image. Whereas when we get sick we go see the Dr. When they get sick they get better or die. Still, the people have honor and a sense of fair play. Don't ask me how, that's a question for experts.
