A book?, maybe I can intend to do it with Blurb, but I'm not very happy with
the B&W printing quality, IMO B&W don't look as B&W, it has a certain tone
magenta or cyan... I've found a similar service, Lulu, http://www.lulu.com/,
someone knows the quality?
