I'd say Bewick's Wren is one of your best, the bird is perfectly
isolated, the bird detail is complete and the focus is perfect. I
assume it involved flash; if so it was handed in an exemplary manner.

Green Heron is a great photograph but you asked for feedback: I found
the dark branch in the algae(?) to the lower left distracting and I
think it can be cropped out.
