Every single URL for the Leica Gallery does this for me, too.  The 
20% error occurs, I delete it from the address, and then I can access 
the page.  Sometimes more than one 20% is in the address.  I'm using 
Eudora, too, so it must be something in Eudora.  It certainly is 
aggravating.  The Leica Gallery addresses are the only ones that do that.
