well, I think you have a story here in the future... I was looking at 
http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/barbour/PAW2007/mug_001.jpg.html  and 
thinking that my dentist had to retire when his hands deteriorated to a 
point that he no longer had strength to pull teeth ... Kyle has his 
book... Ted has his... you might consider a focus peripheral to your 
other wonderful shots of patients.
