Before the Leicaflex in 1964 (there's that year again) even came out the
Leica catalog had in it its lens lens ranging from 15 to 800 millimeters.


The 1936 Olympic games could be shot with the just out 200 and 400mm Telyt's
on the first Viso.

For the military a IR Tessar f5 5000mm lens was made during WWII.

Lots of pictures were taken in the reflex manner with the LTM and M systems
before Leica got around to coming out with an SLR.


I think shooting with a Viso is pleasantly contemplative.
You're paying more attention to what you're doing. In a good way.
