Some friends recently brought me one of these Virginia mini-hams by
Edwards.  I couldn't compare it to the Iberian one because I've never tasted
it, but the Edwards was excellent.  The nice thing about it is that it's
small enough (1-1.5 kg) to try without a huge postage bill.  Link is here:
