casual shooting:

M6 either 50 or 35, couple rolls like retro 400, camera on shoulder,  
the rest in pockets.
Camera can be substituted by minox 35gt or Oly XA

Landscape / mountain farms (which usually include 1-5 hours hike)

Mamiya 7II + 80mm w/ tamrac shoulder strap
couple of rolls depending the mood and day(s), usually FP4+, delta  
400, HP5+ or rollei pan25
pentax digital spotmeter, luna lux meter
yellow / green / orange filters
bubble level, cable release, spare batteries, cleaning cloth

all fitted into a small photobackpaker.com LF case which goes into a  
rucsac

on the rucsac, which varies depending the length of the trip

weatherproof film bag
E-motion pencil, small hard cover notebook, couple biz cards
U2 folding knife, bd headlamp, water bottle & food
waterproof jacket, sun/rain hat, sun glasses
cell phone turned off.
