They've changed the light measurement system - nikon-wise?
Tiltable screen for liveview olywise
10mp - not so bad
Shutter lag is terrible in low light on the L1 when using LV, else is 
nearly OK, so might have improved on that too.
AF is dual system apparently - for faster time response?
But I doubt penta mirror would satisfy you in any case

It might be what M. Lee was hinting at in a recent thread posted on the 
LUG saying there was something in the making.
