Jerry, it seems that you have the same situation as here. As the restaurant 
elevation increases the prices also follow and often in
proportion with the food quality's descent.

Yes, the outer rows of tables at the top of the Space Needle does 
revolve. At the prices they charge,
no one can afford to drink enough to believe that everything else is 
revolving.  (smiley)
